I applied online and received an email from the HR representative 2 days later to have a phone conversation. The HR person was extremely kind and we had a pleasant conversation. About 1 week later I had a video call with the hiring manager which was also a very positive conversation about the role and we discussed their work culture. She told me she would like me to meet with an additional panel of interviewers. About 1 week later I had another video call with a senior founder, and also felt that the conversation was positive and informative about their work. Unfortunately, it has been about 2 months since the last interview and I have not heard anything back, so I assume it was a no. Overall friendly interviewers and seems like a positive place to work. My only feedback to their recruitment process is to be courteous to interviewers and let them know that you would not like to proceed forward.

Started with an initial screening interview with a member of the recruitment team. Included a job overview and high level discussion of my job history. The second was more in depth interview with potential supervisor(s) involving more detailed discussion regarding the job and more detail regarding my employment experience. Finally onsite panel interview with multiple team members.
