During the interview, I found it strange and awkward. The manager, Allison, had a negative attitude and didn't seem like someone I would want as a supervisor. She struggled to listen and spoke through most of the interview. She frequently interrupted me when I was answering her questions. She did not effectively highlight the positives of the position and seemed more interested in talking about herself.
