I applied online was called to come in and fill out a paper application and then speak with a manager. I sat down with a male manager for 15 minutes and he said let me check the schedule to see when to set up a second interview. Then a female manager came out and interviewed me and said another manager would come out and speak with me. He told me I was hired and gave me some paperwork.

The interview was easy. They know most of these servers are just starting out. But they want you to know how to upsell, and how to work in a fast pace environment.

It went pretty well, just asked the norm, such as tell me a little about yourself and why do you want to work here. Just asked simple questions and told me I had the job and what day to come in next. I applied to be a server and they told me I would get 25 hours a week, but they ended up making me a to-go specialist and I’m getting like 6 hours a week. I also didn’t get scheduled for a month after my interview but I’m working a bit now.

Very easy, seems like they were looking for a pulse. Mine was done at the checkerboard in the dining room. not a difficult job, so not a difficult interview. I don't remember any specific questions
