I submitted an online application and the next day I got a call to schedule an interview (about two days after the call). Went to the interview (it was general interview questions, nothing difficult) and got asked to come for a second interview, and was hired at the end of that one. Overall it took like a week for me to get hired after submitting my application.

Very easy, get to know you interview. Just be yourself, stay relaxed, ask thoughtful questions, and if you vibe with the interviewer, curiosity, confidence, and authenticity, you will get hired.
The manager seemed to have little knowledge on the position I was applying for and I ended up politely ending the interview because I knew it wouldn't work out for me.

Good walked in and the General Manager just asked why I wanted to work at his restaurant. Was hired on the spot. this was the easiest interview I have ever had and the General manager was really nice.
