I had 2 interviews, and they both were very typical interviews. Same questions, "Why do you want to work here?". "What do you know about Cracker Barrel?". You are told that a criminal check has to be run before the second interview is even scheduled, and if you have had a feloney, or an arrest they will not hire you under any circumstances. After clearing the criminal check, the second interview is meeting all the managers of the location, and answering their questions.
