They selected me for the interview after reading my CV. They sent me some emails and rang me some phone calls to schedule the interview. The interview was scheduled and done over Google Hangouts (Skype alternative).

They will ask the normal generic questions: Why are you the right guy, why do you want to work here, etc.
The only different, specific question they asked was what I thought about the role. They seemed more interested in talking about the weather and beaches than the interview.
They didn't seem professional since the interview day.
