Very long proccess in my opinion and too much time invested just to get rejected in the end: 1. Recruiter call 2. Manager call 3. Case study preparation 4. Case study presantation with 2 potential teammates 5. Meeting with the founders 6. Reference call with my former manager 7. Another follow-up interview with another person from the team From my job application to rejection almost 2 months. You will get a call invitation to hear the rejection’s reasons, from the recruiter but in the end won’t matter much because you already invested too much time and energy.

Interviewer did not show up for the first interview. They did reach back out to reschedule, but did not even mention or apologize for having ghosted the first time. When I did speak to them they asked very simple and generic questions and seemed generally very disengaged. Very weird and poor experience.
