the hiring process at Couchbase is pretty straightforward and clear:
1-HR interview
2-BDR manager
3- Enterprise sales with whom you may work
4- Regional Sales Leader Manager
I found each of the step really enlightening and challenging but in the best way.
It was overall a very good hiring experience
