Very Easy. Friendly management conducting the interviews and the questions were easy to answer and I felt very comfortable. This was 5+ years ago but from what I've heard, it's still the same

Tell me a time that you had to work towards a deadline.
The interview involved a brief resume review, questions about customer service, role-play scenarios, and availability discussion, followed by a store walk-through and friendly conversation with the manager about brand values.
Pretty laidback interview, dress code is casual and usually within 2 weeks to hear back from them. Questions they asked me was “what my experience was?”, “what my favourite cotton on clothing was?”, and customer service experience questions.

Q: tell us about a time you went above and beyond for a customer
Casual, was in a cafe and was very informal. Briefly talked about experiences and availabilities, and was told about the role and what they expect and details about the role.
