I had an interview with 2 people. They were nice. One stressed the fast pace of Costco and that it is hard, physical work. That they expect a lot from their employees. Informed me it was part time for the first 90 days. Benefits after 6 months. The other was a manager of the food court. She asked me the majority of the questions. They informed me that this was considered interview one and two. Afterwards they asked if I would stay for a third. I met with two more people and they asked me a few more questions and asked if I had any questions. I didn't. I wish I had. The last interview was a little more relaxed. They let me know they had a lot of interviews but that I should hear back and if not, call in two days. I felt really good about the interview. I was disappointed to not know right away about being hired. But they seemed positive and were waiting to be fair and finish other interviews. They were reassuring.

Same day, 2 stage interview. First interview was 2:1 with supervisors second was a 1:1 with a manager. Then an immediate drug test. Just relax in the process, but show you care. A big part of this is just to make sure you have a good head on your shoulders and aren't just wasting everyone's time.

Quick online questionnaire prompted an informal in-person interview where I was asked very strange questions. I understand the process to ensure synergy throughout the store, but I still felt like I was being regarded as someone who wasn't wanted.
