I received an email from Recruitment Team, asking for time and availability for a 15 mins phone interview. I replied back with 2 days and the time of availability. Those 2days went by, and I never heard back. I followed up with an email and the original email was sent with availability. The recruiter responded back that she did not receive the email. She then asked for another time and day, I replied back that she could choose the date and time because I would be available anytime. That day came and 13mins before the call, I get an email stating she has a conflict and could I reschedule, I advised her that I would not reschedule. My first impression tells me there is no sense of respect, concern, or urgency to fill the position.
