First step was a recruiter call. Here, I was asked the usual questions, and then there was a section where my answers would be recorded. That was weird, but fine. Second step was a call with an engineering leader, where I was basically told that this job would have extreme start-up vibes. I didn't really love that, but at least they're upfront about it. Then, the next step was to build a small full-stack application with a backend. Supposedly it's to take one hour. After sending that back, I got ghosted. LOL ok. This has to be, by far, the most unprofessional outfit I've come across in my entire life. The pay wasn't great, the work environment sounded awful, and to top it off, they ghosted me. The audacity of this company is astonishing. 0/10 experience, don't even bother.
