Applied to two separate financial analyst positions - a little over a year in-between each job. With the first one, the interviewer was 23 minutes late to a 30 minute interview via Zoom. The second one was via Zoom as well. The interviewer(hiring mgr) spent 45 minutes talking about how I wasn't qualified for the job (then why did she want to interview me) and then went on how it was on site position (Which I was aware of and willing to drive there, etc) and the Maryland Farms traffic would be horrible and that would make me not want the job. I told the first interviewer that 23 minutes late to a 30 minute interview was unaccepted - to which he said "I forgot I had an interview to do today" . The second position I told her I didn't it was a good fit and turn the position down.
