My interview was very straightforward, but that might be because I applied through a connection in the company. There are a couple forms to fill out about yourself in general beforehand, then on the day of the interview, there's a 45 minute presentation about anything about yourself you can think of. The presentation is to several potential colleagues, including an HR person and the hiring manager, and they might ask a couple questions afterwards, but will generally hold their questions for later. Each of the people you present to will be scheduled to speak with you one-on-one throughout the rest of the day, asking fairly standard questions. They'll also allow ample time for you to ask questions of them (and do expect you to have them). There was no second interview in this case.
