Initial contact by several layers of recruiters, followed by a phone interview of around thirty minutes checking qualifications.
Finishing up with a large panel type interview with a presentation given by candidate.
There were several sections to the interview, with various levels of workers, both above and below the position.
The people were invested, had a plan, and were able to move through the interview well.

I applied at the company's application site. A recruiter sent an email to ask for my convenient time for a phone screen interview. Even though I gave a certain time, the recruiter did not call for a phone screen interview.

One in-person interview at a professional conference (where I learned about Corning for the first time), two panel-style virtual interviews (three people each); Interviewers seemed to really like each other and get along well. Corning appears to have a great community of people

Entrevista
It was a long 3 step process. Talked to 2 people who worked in the plant and then the last round was with the hiring manager. Overall the questions were behavioral but the last round had some technical questions.
