A set of informal interviews. They felt very relaxed but also not structured which caused unease. It seemed to be a set of interview questions copied and pasted from the internet. A team interview where only a small proportion of the team had their cameras active. I was asked random questions and it seemed the team were very reserved and very direct in their approach.

Rushed, no rapport built, felt robotic, rude, didn't feel welcome - all coming from the recruiter. Short/choppy responses from when I asked questions to the recruiter. The recruiter didn't do homework, asked questions, couldn't provide answers - laughed at my questions
