There was a phone screen and then 3 or 4 stages with hiring managers and then a final demonstration of a product to a mock company(aka the leadership team). This was a large investment of time.

Phone interview with recruiter. Video interview with hiring manager. Video interview with Vice President of SC. Mock sales demo with multiple hiring managers plus VP of SC. I eventually was ghosted by all of my contacts after they refused to respond to any texts/emails /LinkedIn messages. I tried several times to re-engage with them over the course of several weeks, and not a single person responded. Eventually the original recruiter who reached out provided closure which was very great of him. It was very unprofessional for the rest of the hiring managers/VP of SC to not respond whatsoever after my mock demonstration interview step.
