The whole processed lasted about 3 months. The recruiter scheduled mini interviews with the manager, manager's manager, the director and a team member. For the last interview, I was asked to prepare a 20-minute presentation on a PowerPoint feature of my choice with all the participants of the previous interview at the same time. The whole panel was extremely knowledgeable but they made me feel at ease and we all had (believe it or not) a lot of fun! In that moment, I felt that joining the company and that team would have been an incredible opportunity for my career. I was very pleased when they offered me the job but as I had orally already accepted another job offer from a bigger company, I was really in trouble because unsure about what to do. I will always be grateful to the recruiter who played a crucial role in my decision as she was extremely friendly, supportive, professional and knew how to talk and deal with people. At the end, I accepted CSOD offer and I couldn’t be happier about my choice :).
