The recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn. I had one phone interview with the recruiter, followed by two rounds of in-person interviews. The first round was with the finance director and the immediate supervisor. The second round was with the finance director again and the controller. They were all easy, one-on-one interviews because i was just basically sharing my background and experience.

Entrevista
I interviewed back when there were < 100 employees. It was a robust interview process - spoke to every member of the accounting and finance team over the course of a day. Followed up with a lunch to spend more time with the team members I would be working with most closely to assess culture fit. Finally, an interview with the CEO to answer any last questions and make sure we'd be a good mutual fit.
