Phone interview then I met with 3 people from the department. It was ok but mine turns out to be a fake interview because the recruiter said they hired a friend of one of the team member. If they were just honest about it, no effort was wasted on both sides. I can sense from my interview that my interviewers were just going through the motions and policy because there is no job for me to begin with as they already have someone in mind. No wonder there was no update from recruiter until I asked.
