Director of Operations reached out via email for a phone interview. Phone interview was completed with standard culture, experience and fit questions. Scheduled in person interview in the office. Meet 1:1 with the Director of Operations for an hour long interview. Did an office tour and was introduced to the team. Was told at the end of the interview that the Director would be touch the next week. Followed up with an email the next week, and then the following week. Received a reply back that the interviewing timeline had been pushed back due to scheduling conflicts with other candidates, but that I was currently on the list for the next round of interview and that the Director would be in touch soon. Waited another 2 weeks and followed up with a quick email, and never heard back. This whole process took 8 weeks.
