I was contacted via email to set up an interview for the subsequent week. From there, it was a 2 hour interview (4 - 30min interviews). I talked with HR, various team leaders, head manager, team manager.

Recruiter phone interviewed for screening first. Then on site interview with 3 persons. The first is the direct supervisor. The second is middle management person, and the last is the department head. The first two persons asked detail about your profession experience. Most concerned you working ability and technology skill. The department head asked some general questions such as tell somethings about yourself, Tell me three strongest points of yourself, Tell me three weakest points of yourself. and what do you do in your leisure time. After on site interview, they will make decision soon.
