Auditioning after completing their training program. They require you to complete their approved teacher training which is fairly expensive- then you can ask and call around for openings. Pay is low at the beginning

Weren't really interview questions- there was discussion after the audition and talk about scheduling. You start as a sub then apply for open classes.
a phone call to talk about the role opportunities and also the required training, offered training, flexibility of locations and class style options. we spoke on the phone mostly about what they could offer in the role and what other teachers do

Entrevista
Audition held in a group style format. Each interviewee is asked to provide a "personal share" about their teacher training experience and is then assigned a 6-minute segment to teach to the group. About a week later, all interviewees receive an email from a manager informing them of their hiring decisions.
