I applied to Corelink by submitting a CV w/ cover letter via email to the HR department. Within a week I was invited for an on-site interview. The interview was conducted by two IT Team Leads, and lasted about an hour. They asked pretty standard questions about my educational background and technical experience. I received an offer later the same day from one of the leads who had interviewed me.
