Interview was not really an interview. More of a "we need as many people as we can get", therefore, it had more of an expectation of being hired due to the rigor of the work and needing of more 'bodies', One thing that was confusing was how the supervisor did not even know how people were being contacted to schedule their interviews after applying (it's through an AI chat bot that sets up these meetings).
Once you were informed on the work you had to perform a driving test or be scheduled for one like any other location. I passed the interview portion with the supervisor as well as my driving test with the tester which was fairly simple, even for entry-level drivers. After I was told a hiring manager would be in contact (that never occurred), The lack of communication was telling about a lot of red-flags with the company, they claim transparency yet don't follow up...
