I applied online through Indeed. Received a phone call from an out of state recruiting screener. He asked me about my relative experience, what I could offer to the company, what my future job goals are and my salary requirements. At the end of the call I was almost certain I would not move forward in the process. A few days later I received a call from the hiring managers administrative assistant and am scheduled for a face to face interview tomorrow.

it wasn’t as bad as I thought. It went smooth and the managers were friendly and approachable. General questions were asked from each manager. Nothing was difficult. They explained about their hiring process, the functions of the job and how the workflow is done. Very informative and my questions were answered as well.
