Initial interview with HR, they explained about their company moto and what to expect at the job position for 10 mins which was good to know.
They mentioned, test 2 was online to determine the candidate's level. test 3 as they mentioned would be conducted at the office for tech round.

They asked "tell me about yourself", second question was "are you comfortable travelling to client's place now and then for support", i was taken aback as the job description did not mention anything about that. So i said "i thought this is a office job", they said "yes, but sometimes you need to go to client place too". I felt the job posting was misleading, if they have expectation of someone to travel, they are not L3 tech, they are field service tech.

This truly felt more like a formal check-in and personality test than a strict interview which is why I consider this to be a uniquely positive experience. The hiring manager spent around 20 minutes on the technical aspects of the job but after that, the interview really was all about understanding my personal values, professional goals and how my principles could contribute to the company's vision and future. More importantly, the hiring manager was also open to questions from my end and treated this interview process equally as a two-way communication. This positive atmosphere created by the hiring manager made me feel confident and be transparent with him. By the end of the interview, we could both guess the outcome but due to mutual respect, I waited to read the good news from him through an official email.
