The interview process was rather quick. I walked in, was interviewed, was promised certain working conditions, and offered a job. None of the working conditions were met, and they required mandatory overtime most of the time.

Nice people thorough questions. Two people interviewed me at the same time. They asked about previous work history, conflict resolution, customer service, and more. Overall it was a great interview and is a good company.

Fairly easy interview. They were transparent and straightforward about the job duties and expectations. Everyone seemed to love working for Copart and they were all with the company for 5, 15, and 20 plus years.
