Has a few rounds where you talk to multiple people in leadership and some within the same team. Some of the conversations felt redundant but I think most companies are doing that now

A big conversation was my previous experience and how it would make me successful in the role. What my daily schedule was like and how I expect to implement it. Talked about previous clients and what types of personas I sold to
They did all the talking and were not truthful about the opportunity. I had multiple interviews with management chain. They spent more time telling me why they left SalesForce and did not ask me questions about my career. Managers could not describe the territory I would not be assigned to. Hired too many people at once and did not know what to do with us once we were hired.
