Made it through the application round to stage 2. I did an apptitude test and a practical test where I had to complete a brief to design a page for a textbook. I didn't make it to the assessment centre stage and I didn't recieve any feedback from my application.

Absurd interview process. I applied for a role multiple times, with recurring vacancies - it appears there is a very high turnover rate of staff. Twice, it took me several months to hear back; I have a Master's degree and a further three years of publishing and writing experience in the field that matched my application, and instead I was sent some automated personality tests and a Maths test. After calling them personally three times, it appears I was forgotten about. My interview process was similarly absurd, asking nothing about that skills and experience and asking me if I enjoyed having fun and telling jokes. Based on word-of-mouth reputation and what I can gather from ex-employees it seems all of the work is done by underpaid -25 year olds, and the management is done by overpaid semi-retirees with no opportunity for career progression, since most of the young workers leave for better competitors in the area. I'm not sure anyone here really knows what they're doing or takes their job seriously.
