Process is broken into 3 parts over several weeks: Initial interview, IQ and personality test and finally an interview with the managers manager. First a personal interview with the potential manager, going over your resumé and a walkthrough of the potential job. If the manager accept you as a candidate, a few weeks later an online personality and IQ test is given to you. The results and feedback will be given to you personally by HR and manager. Finally your managers manager will interview you - the "granddad" interview.
