First a quick chat with the HR person, who’s kind an nice. Then another casual chat with the other Pathfinders who would ask me about why going to the Netherlands and why Rotterdam and whatnot. After a couple of weeks we did a conceptual UX design test which was challenging because the amount of time is quite short. Then they shot a bunch of difficult questions and that was it for the test. Unfortunately after a week or so they said they were looking at internal candidates and that I should do an extra assignment, which was disappointing and also gave me a bad feeling because internal candidates should always be seen first. I did the extra assignment and got the feedback that I wasn’t getting the Pathfinder position but would instead get a Senior one. I actually didn’t mind at all (I was slightly disappointed but was also quite flattered and happy to be part of the process) so I accepted. Then they invited me to Rotterdam, which was awesome and I was convinced with the beautiful (yet cold and wet) city and cool colleagues. Overall great experience and I’m honored to have been made an offer and to have accepted it.
