First round of interview was conducted via zoom. The interviewer had not bothered to look at my resume -- I re-forwarded it just prior to the interview. She proceeded to ask me basic questions that were easily answered by looking at my resume. And it was obvious she was mostly trying to poke holes in my more than 15 years of experience -- with no context about my background.
