Unprofessional. I was contacted about a month after applying. A video screening with a recruiter was scheduled. The initial meeting was cancelled and rescheduled. During the screening call with the recruiter I could tell she was inexperienced. She did not have any questions prepared or constructed to ask me about my qualifications. She also didn’t do the best job at describing the role in detail. I was asked about my previous work experience and spoke about how my past experience aligned with the needs of the role however I do not feel the recruiter was actively listening to what I was saying . She had a rebuttal for everything that I said which I found odd. She stated she would move me to the next round however she never did. A week went by and I followed up on my application process and I never received any response. Just a blatant disregard for my time. I got the sense that they were disorganized, to say the least. Probably worked out for the best.
