My interview was completed through Zoom. It was a very easy and comfortable process. I was able to be in the comfort of my home and felt less nervous. The interviewers were very friendly. It was the most comfortable I felt during an interview.

I did like that it was a zoom interview because I felt more comfortable at home. The interview questions felt a little outdated and too “running a business to make money”-ish I really enjoy nursing and maybe I felt like they should have asked what I can bring to the team and more on skill levels rather than “how did you solve an issue when a customer was upset” I don’t see people as customers, they need care so we are there to do our best to help.
