Two rounds including either phone call, video, or in person interview with the manager you would report directly to and the director of the team, other team members join in at least one interview

They weren't very professional in how they handled things. First they asked for a sample project before I had the chance to have an initial conversation with them about the role. I asked if we could do the interview first and they agreed, and then after I completed the sample project (which was a few hours' worth of work) I came into the office for an in-person interview. The team I met with was really nice but then I got completely ghosted after that. I tried to follow up after a couple of weeks and got no response. Getting ghosted at any point in an interview process is frustrating but especially after completing a project and coming for an onsite interview.
