I had 2 rounds of interviews--an initial with the Senior Director of Client Services and a second round with company leadership. The first was a get to know me and what my previous experience looks like as well as my why behind searching for this particular job. It was also an opportunity to ask questions about the role. The second round was about how I would deal with different challenges in the workplace and balance the workload, etc. I also had the opportunity to receive feedback on the company from multiple other sources.

They weren't very professional in how they handled things. First they asked for a sample project before I had the chance to have an initial conversation with them about the role. I asked if we could do the interview first and they agreed, and then after I completed the sample project (which was a few hours' worth of work) I came into the office for an in-person interview. The team I met with was really nice but then I got completely ghosted after that. I tried to follow up after a couple of weeks and got no response. Getting ghosted at any point in an interview process is frustrating but especially after completing a project and coming for an onsite interview.
