Phone call interview. One of the founders themselves conducted the interview. Was very polite and respectful. Phone interview lasted around 40 minutes. Asked both technical and logical questions. Seemed like he was in a hurry tbf. He had openings for two positions and asked me which I was interested. I said I'm open to both but he said he'd only conduct the interview for one role.

First, you have to pass a screening test. The test consisted of 30 questions, most of which were easy. They cover different aspects of CFD and programming with c/c++, algorithms, and data structures.
