The process is at least two panel interviews, possibly with an aptitude test, and at times a written assessment relevant to the role that you are applying for. The final panel has to have representation from the executive committee.

Multiple interviews with other partners, very easy and collegiate. I knew a few partners at the company so it was an easy process. We discussed the makeup of the team, structure of the company and what would be expected and in what time frame (in terms of revenue).
