Two 30 minute interviews. One was with an operating manager and the other one was their head of design. I received the automated rejection email before speaking to anyone from their software engineering department. To be honest, it doesn't even look as if they have any engineers working full-time. My next step was supposed to be with someone in Spain. I checked LinkedIn just to see if they hired anyone and they didn't. This was a ghost job. Maybe they advertised the role to gain some additional research or something. Any legit software developer role is going to include talking to another software developer.
