Prior to the interview I was asked to fill out a huge ~15 page paper application despite the fact that I had already submitted an online application which included my resume. This took about 30 minutes as I was given no heads up and the application asked for some information I did not have on hand. I asked to take the application home with me but was told no. The actual interview was quick and interviewer seemed disinterested during the whole process. Did not get an offer and did not want an offer after such a negative experience.
