The recruiter reached out to me, mentioning I had an interesting background for the position and asking if I would like to book a meeting to discuss the opportunity further. However, during the interview it was very clear that the recruiter had no idea about my background or experience, didn't bother to look at my resume or LinkedIn, and proceeded to say things like "Hmm, I don't know if you are a good fit, but I'll check with the team and get back to you". Remember, they were the one who reached out to me. I never heard back, of course. Very rude and unprofessional.
