It was told earlier that 2 rounds will take place. 2 rounds went well but I receive a call from HR that one more round will take place & their tech lead will take interview. The tech lead himself didn't seem to have knowledge in a particular subject, he was stuck on a single concept & judged the whole interview based on that. Please first have clarity between your team about the process of the interview & provide proper feedback after each interview, everyone's time is precious. And don't judge people based on a bunch of libraries available which will apparently go outdated in a few days/ weeks/ months.
