The Process was straight forward in my opinion. I started with recruiting followed by a chat with the hiring manager and a team member. These interviews were focusing more on my personal previous experience and my work style and how it aligns with the company values and the team. The next interview was more technical. The last step is a presentation that combines both technical and commercial audiences..

Entrevista
I was first contacted by a recruiter and then went through a series of a total of 7 interviews . Even though it was quite a few steps, I always had an answer on the same day or the day after which made the whole process and experience very positive. These interviews included a call with the hiring manager, a technical screening with a senior SE, a 2h panel interviews with different members of the pre-sales and sales team and a last interview for a product demo and pitch. The team was always very open and transparent, which also made the process great.

Entrevista
It's been the most enjoyable hiring process I've ever taken place (if that can be possible). I felt their interest in me and the recruiter informed me well before every step. I felt very accompanied and also they tried their best to facilitate the process, for example, by sharing the interview questions beforehand so I could prepare them on my own. This gave me a good hint of how much employees are valued by the company.
