Il processo di selezione è iniziato con un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico, volto a valutare il profilo generale e le motivazioni. Successivamente si è svolto un colloquio in presenza presso la sede aziendale, con domande tecniche e approfondimenti in linea con le caratteristiche tipiche di un colloquio in ambito tech.

I got contacted on LinkedIn to schedule an interview.
The first interview was a HR screen via Skype, asking general questions about me and previous experiences.
The second round was a technical interview with two employees at ContentWise offices in Milan. They asked about my previous experiences (university and previous work) a coding problem and other trivia questions (mostly on big data and machine learning systems to see my knowledge about the company area of work).
Last interview with the CEO, speaking mostly of the company culture and opportunities within it and the others.
The interviews were carried out professionally and there was no pressure or other issues. All the interviewers made sure to explain the company mission, products and personality and made me feel comfortable during the process. I got feedback within days after every interview.

I thought the interview process was decent. First, a webcam interview which lasted around 30 minutes with the hiring manager. Within a week, the hiring manager schedules an in person interview with him and other developers. The experience was decent. I say this because I did not spend hours and hours doing interviews like other tech companies. The interview was not too technical; more conversational which I thought was interesting. What I also thought was interesting was that they did not have an office in the metro area in which they were trying to hire, but were in the process of doing so. They did ask questions that I thought were not generally asked for software development roles; such as how certain features impacts the company's bottom line. As far as I understand, they are a spinoff off a larger Italian Company and are looking to expand in the United States. I didn't get the role, but it seemed like they were interested in recruiting me potentially for another role as they contacted me months later. I would have continued but I had already found another position by then.
