Entrevista
Phone interview followed by an in person interview. The in person interview was very interactive as questions were coming from both sides of the table. It was a very open interview, and I felt like it went very well.

The interview was by far the most fun, easygoing and least stressful I have ever experienced! I was interviewed by Carly, the Director of Operations. She was very personable and easy to talk to, and made sure to answer any questions that I had. Since I lived out of state at the time, we did our interview via Google Hangout. I was given the chance to meet everyone in the office, and was even able to talk one-on-one with one of their newer hires. This meant a lot to me and definitely calmed my nerves! The interview was not rushed, but did not drag either. I left the interview feeling positive and confident in my decision to accept my job offer.

Didn't really let me speak, they did all of the talking. Admitted they are micro-managers. There was a slight shallowness to the persona of the upper management team. A force act if you will. It felt more like a student to student sorority interview more than anything. I felt like I was talking with the mean girls of the campus.
