Entrevista
A three stage interview consisting of a telephone interview with a recruitment agent, followed by a Skype interview and concluding with a face-to-face interview. It was the most thorough interview process I had experienced, and was designed not only to gauge my capabilities, but also whether I would be the right fit with the culture and team.
