Very disappointing experience overall. A company should respond to a candidate’s follow-up on an interview and it shouldn’t require 2 months to get an answer. Took a lot of effort to just get follow-up.
One of my interviewers was glued to his phone during the course of the interview. Maybe he thought he was a deity because he went to MIT to play basketball. He had me go through some case involving data categorization and was entirely disengaged as I used his whiteboard.
Had a Dukie interview me separately and she kept asking for my “weaknesses”. She didn’t seem to believe my answers and had a bit of a flirtatious tone in conversation. Her tone was a bit unsettling and unprofessional.
The people who work there are certainly credentialed. Do they look excited to be there? No. Is their work interesting? From my perspective, yeah.
Seems like they need a cultural shake-up if you ask me.
