      Entrevista

      The first interview lasted less than 10 minutes. I arrived early and saw that he (Mark) is interviewing people as fast as possible. Most of the people I waited with were way under dressed for a Management position of any kind. During my interview I was asked very few questions about myself. He didn't ask about my previous experience or employers. I got the impression that he just needed bodies. For my questions I was told that they'd be answered in the second interview and that this was just a screening. The second interview was at a retailer where I was shown how to pitch, the hours, pay and how to advance. It sounded too good to be true. Total time on the second interview (including driving) was less than an hour. Again, nobody asked me questions about my employment background. When I had questions, I was told that they'd be answered during the third interview ("if selected" but I think everyone is selected). The third interview was over the phone and was just a recap and to see if I wanted the job.
