Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the interview, website, press releases, or any research you completed did not give you adequate information regarding what CAI does. Consumer Acquisitions is a privately owned company that works with AT&T, Directv, as well as Samusng to represent their services and products in multiple big box retailers such as Costco, Walmart, Nebraska Furniture Mart, in addition to Sams Club and Menards. We are privileged to have relationships with some of the largest companies and retailers on the Planet. Our goal, as it states on our website, is to provide best in class training to individuals motivated to grow from a ground level marketing and sales representative position to a Branch Manager such as I did and many others have done to sustain growth required from our clients. To address your opinion on the office we have more than enough space to conduct business for our clients and generally don't give interviews tours of our office space. Since we are not a call center, after we conduct our morning meetings, employees are in the field working to fulfill our client obligations.
In an Owner/Operator business such as ours is, it is not unlikely to deal directly with the CEO so I don't consider that a red flag. Our family-oriented environment allows employees to deal not only with management but also work closely with our CEO Mark. The preliminary interview is more of a meet and greet to identify what a potential candidate is looking for and if our career opportunity is a match. So any information being noted is for our future review session to which we invite candidates back for a second round interview. It doesn't seem like you were selected for that.
