I had a recruiter call, then was asked to do a project which I spent 8 hours on. The project was about how I would go about helping with Constrafor's product-led growth. After I send in the project, I was GHOSTED. This might be one of the worst interview processes I have ever gone through and has made me very wary of doing projects for companies, especially when the project comes so early in the process.
